Diamonds in the Dark

Good Morning my friends,

Every morning when we wake up it’s not just a new day. It’s a gift!! A gift that is given to you by God. For many years I took for granted each new day. It was just another day on the calendar. Another day to chase my goals & dreams. We are not guaranteed our next breath yet alone tomorrow. Look around, there’s proof everyday on the news, in the paper or heck even on your Facebook newsfeed. I have a friend that coined the term T.G.I.T. Thank God it’s Today. We shouldn’t start our week seeking Friday but instead embrace Monday as if it’s your favorite day simply because this could be your last one ever. If we would learn to embrace everyday as if it was our last, I’m pretty sure this world would be a lot different. That’s what Last 24 Ministries is all about. ALWAYS…..Live YOUR life like it’s your LAST 24!! Live your life like its your last 24 hours. If we lived our life accordingly I think more people would shine bright in this otherwise dark world. We would standout from the the rest of the world. I want to be that lone light that you can see from miles away in the middle of night. I don’t want to be a normal light.. I want to be one that’s like a magnet that makes people want the same thing that I have. I have found true happiness in life and it is my desire to share it with you..

“Blessed is the man who fears The Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments.”(Psalm 112:1)

As Christians we should stand out like sparkling diamonds against a dark velvet background. We should be more humble than anyone else. We should be poised, cultured, courteous, and gracious; but we should be firm in the things we do and the things we do not do. We should laugh and be radiant; but we should refuse to allow the unbelieving world to pull us down to its level. Christ meant for His followers to be different and if we are truly following Him, we will be. But just being different is not enough. We are to be the cleanest, the most holy, the kindest, the most unselfish, the friendliest, the most courteous, the most industrious, the most thoughtful, the truest, and the most loving people on Earth. Dr Albert Schweitzer, the great missionary doctor and statesman, once said, “To be glad instruments of God’s love in this imperfect world is the service to which man is called.”

“Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” (Daniel 12:3)

My CHALLENGE PRAYER for YOU.. Make the choice today to be a sparkling diamond..

I hope that you all have a WONDERFUL day.. Blessings & much love….D

ALWAYS…..Live YOUR life like it’s your LAST 24!!
