Alienated, Altogether, & Almost

Good Morning my friends,
In Acts 26, three men in our Scripture illustrate the variety of attitudes toward Jesus Christ.  Festus represents those that are ALIENATED from Christ.  He mistook earnestness for insanity.  Paul represents who are ALTOGETHER for Christ.  He lived is philosophy of life.  “For to me, to live is Christ” (Philippians 1:21).  Agrippa represents those who are ALMOST to Christ.  Most translations indicate Agrippa was asking a derisive question.  Agrippa had heard the Gospel from the great preacher Paul.  He was so close to altogether.  Agrippa is the story of a tragedy, the tragedy of the almost.  There are many who come close to receiving Christ, but turn and walk away.

“Almost thou persuaded me to be a Christian?” (‭Acts‬ ‭26‬:‭28‬)

“For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” (‭Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭21‬)

MY CHALLENGE PRAYER for YOU…     Ask the Lord to help you be an altogether Christian instead of an almost one.
I hope you all have a FANTASTIC day…   Blessings & much love….D
Live YOUR life like it’s your LAST 24!!
