Good Morning my friends,
Almost a year ago we made a HUGE leap. It was the beginning of a new journey in our lives and in God’s vastness. Keri & I prayed about moving for months on end. We prayed for God to ease our fears and to remove the obstacles and lead us to the right place. Like pieces to a puzzle, God revealed each piece at the appropriate time, eased each fear when they arose and brought us comfort throughout the whole process.
“God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen.” (1 Timothy 6:15-16)
We absolutely LOVE Stephenville.. There has been times when I wanted to go ballistic on my college neighbors but after a quick prayer God always reminded me that His Ways are not of this world. We starting looking for houses to lease in February. Every house we found there’s was always an obstacle but when knew that in the end God would find us the right place. Three weeks ago Keri came across a house that we thought was going to be perfect. While looking the realtor told us about a new construction that was being built but wasn’t going to be ready for a couple of weeks. We went home and looked at a few pictures online and I emailed him immediately and told him we wanted to look at it ASAP. He emailed me back and said he would meet us in 30 minutes. We knew as soon as we walked in that this was where God wanted us to be. It’s amazing how God works. There were obstacles with all the other homes because the home we were meant to have was being built. God planted us here I n Stephenville, now we’re ready to blossom in His Radiant Beauty.
“For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.” (Acts 17:28)
We are going to let God annoit us with His Presence because He is the King of kings and Lord of lords that dwells in an unapproachable Light. As we draw near to God, He will respond by drawing neigh to you.
“Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”(James 4:8)
When His Presence envelops you, you may feel overwhelmed by His Power and Glory. This is a form of worship: sensing your smallness in comparison to His Greatness. We have a tendency to make ourselves the measure of all things, but our measure is too tiny to comprehend God’s majestic vastness. That’s why a lot of people will never see God despite attempting to live, move and having their being in Him. Enjoy the radiant beauty of His Presence. Declare God’s glorious Grace to the world.
“Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts. They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty— and I will meditate on your wonderful works. They tell of the power of your awesome works— and I will proclaim your great deeds.” (Psalm 145:3-6)
MY CHALLENGE prayer for you.. Pray for guidance and then enjoy the radiant beauty of His Presence.
I hope you have a TERRIFIC day… Blessing & much love…D
Live your life like it’s your LAST 24!!!
